Summary

Project overview

Following a full website redesign, Mood turned to Prismfly for support in optimizing and rebuilding their landing pages, as well as refreshing their Quiz to align with the updated brand. The focus was both visual consistency and driving conversions.

The engagement prioritized speed, quality, and seamless collaboration across copywriting, development, and design with Mood’s internal teams.

Strategy & approach

The team conducted a full audit of existing landing pages, including qualitative, quantitative, and competitive analysis to identify areas for improvement.

New pages were created and existing ones reworked to match the new brand and a conversion-forward UX approach, then A/B tested to validate performance.

Designs were built in Figma using the existing UI system for consistency and speed.

Challenges

The biggest challenge was the fast-paced timeline; over 10 landing pages were delivered in a short period.

Frequent testing cycles required a steady stream of fresh ideas and creative execution.

As a platform-agnostic partner, Prismfly adapted to Mood’s preferred tooling, including PostHog, and worked within the limitations of a landing page environment built outside of Mood’s Shopify instance.

Results & outcome

The project improved purchase conversion rate on 78.6% of the landing pages launched.

While results varied by initiative, repeated gains across pages showed the value of a focused, iterative experimentation program.

Landing pages were closely aligned with ad creative to create a seamless user experience while considering the added complexity of operating in a regulated market.

In the end, Mood’s team was satisfied with the measurable impact and the quality of the final designs.

What worked, and why

  • Rapid iteration and focused design allowed for tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Flexibility in tooling and cross-team collaboration ensured a smooth process despite technical constraints.
  • Clear, benefit-driven messaging built user trust, crucial in a regulated industry where education is as vital as conversions.
