We engaged with Prismfly to help us reboot our email flows related to customer lifecycle management. This included addressing our deliverability, Welcome Series and Post-Purchase flow. Prismfly was quick to deliver a new and expanded Welcome Series that in the first 90 days [of engagement] produced a 300% increase in sales compared to our previous Welcome Series. They then delivered a complex Post-Purchase flow with the goal of getting more customers engaged with our loyalty program, in addition to additional offers to drive sales. Challenge

Email Flows were underperforming within Klaviyo, required a complete Welcome Flow rebuild.

Approach

The Welcome flow lacked strong value propositions, and didn't showcase best sellers from their top selling brands. We used a more product-focused approach that showcased their best-selling products and categories in the Welcome flow. We expanded the Welcome flow from 3 emails to 6 emails, and also included social validation like testimonials and reviews to reduce conversion friction.
